The Business Relations department acts on behalf of BBB to filter through local businesses who meet preliminary qualifications to apply for BBB Accreditation

What is Better Business Bureau Accreditation?
BBB Accreditation is a certification provided by the Better Business Bureau to companies who are in compliance (local/state/federal regulations), have no outstanding complaints and/or government actions; and have agreed to abide by BBB's Standards of Trust.

Is this an in-house or remote position?
As of 10/2021 (post COVID-19) Rivera Marketing is 100% remote. Allowing us the ability to hire Nationwide.

What type of equipment will I need to work remotely?
The simple answer is a computer or laptop. Rivera Marketing will provide you with a monitored phone extension, email address and access to our CRM for leads and data.

How long is training?
Orientation is 1-2 days to acclimate you with your client and daily duties, utilization of your phone and database. This includes implimentation up of all systems needed to commence your day to day operations.A sales trainer will work closely with you for the duration of 30-60 days to ensure you meet our Code of Ethics and performance expectations.
